- Test safety limit controls
- Remove rust and soot from burners
- Clean and adjust burners
- Clean and adjust ignition assembly or igniter
- Check flame sensor
- Adjust gas/air mixture for optimum efficiency
- Clean and inspect condensate drain

- Check all gas connections located in unit

- Remove rust and soot from burners and exchanger
